Somers Tournament

Second Place, you should be very proud. 3 wins and 1 loss. You all played very well. Cara with the most important goal to beat Pleasantville and guarantee a second place trophy. 2 goals by Cara, one each by Emily K, Joanna and Hannah with our usual stellar goaltending. A special thank you to Rachel for playing an extra game in goal!!!

Fall- Game 6

A great way to end the regular season. An exciting 1-0 win with a pretty goal by Emily K. to win it and excellent goaltending by Rachel and Karina.

Fall - Game 5

An excellent win girls. They were a very tough team. You all played very well. A lot of hustle led to winning almost all of the loose balls. Goals by Hannah, Rachel and Alexa and another shutout by Karina & Rachel. See you Friday morning for practice.

Fall - Game 4

What an exciting game!!!!! A 3-2 win with goals by Hannah, Cara and the winning direct penalty kick by Emily K. Great goaltending by Karina preserved the win. It was a great weekend girls. See you on Wednesday for the training with the High School Coach! Be ready!!!

Fall - Game 3

It was great to get back on the field again!!! A hard fought and exciting 2-1 win with goals by the recently healed Hannah and Emily K. Great goaltending, as usual, by Rachel and Karina and we are back on track.

Fall - Game 2

0-3. Tough game girls, our first loss in quite sometime. Coach Tony and I think the big field and 11 v 11 caused some problems. We will work hard in practice and come back strong!!!

Fall - Game 1

Welcome Back!!!

A great start to the fall season with a 4-0 win. 3 goals for Emily K. and one for Alexa. Yet another shutout for the dynamic duo of Karina & Rachel.

Spring - Game 6

Well what can we say!!!! Congratulations on an undefeated and un-scored upon regular Spring season (20 goals to 0). A 6-0 win to end the year. Goals by the Emilys, Hannah, Alexa, Cara and Meredith (eventhough she doesn't think it should count as it went off the other team). A great job, as usual, by Karina and Rachel. No goals allowed the whole regular season.

It was a pleasure for Coach Tony and I to coach the team. We wish Ava and Paloma the best and we will see you all in the summer as we look forward to a great Fall season

Spring Game 5

Great game on a rainy day, a 6-0 win! A "hat trick" for a very tired Hannah and goals by Joanna, Alexa and Emily K. Karina (with a hand from Meagan) had yet another shutout.

What a great game!!!!! Congratulations to Hayley on scoring the only goal of the game and to Karina & Rachel for another shut-out. They haven't been scored on all Spring season. Coach Tony and I were very impressed by your passing and positional play.

We are looking forward to the Scarsdale Tournament next weekend.

What an excellent game. 5-0 with goals by the Emilys, Cara, Meagan and Joanna's first goal of the season. Karina & Rachel combined for our 3rd straight shutout.

Great Game Girls!!!! A very exciting 0-0 tie against a very good team. Everyone played very well. There was excellent passing and great hustling. Congratulations to Karina and Rachel on their terrific goaltending and thanks to Lara and Anna for playing this weekend.

Congratulations Girls !!!!!

A stirring 2-0 victory to start the season. Goals by our Emilys!! Emily S. almost had a second goal, as did Cara. I don't know how those didn't go in. Karina had a terrific game in goal with a fantastic save to preserve the shutout.

You girls should be very proud of the way you all played. Alexa rocked with 4 goals and Emily Kehoe scored what I think was the first goal of the whole tournament at about 8:05 a.m. with the tempature at 28 degrees.

I am glad we decided to play and I hope you all had fun.
